Mayson's birthday was extra special this year. Not only because it was a big one, she turned eight, but also because it landed on Easter this year. She loved that she got to get Easter goodies and birthday presents. She got her own DSi because she's such a big kid now, and because mom and dad thought it would be a great thing to have on our long drive to Texas. She also had to endure her birthday spankings. You can see she hated that! Isn't she a beautiful young lady! And I have to say, this is a girl after my own heart. Pumpkin cheesecake is so much better than cake! And I just had to put in this picture of Asher at the end. I thought it was cute. What on earth is going on with his hair?
